The Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who can balance strong client relationships with hands-on work. You will manage a portfolio of attraction clients, guide their marketing strategies, and dig into the data to understand what’s working and where improvements can be made.

This role is both strategic and practical: you’ll meet with clients to understand their goals, work with our internal teams to bring ideas to life, and track performance against KPIs to ensure we’re delivering real results.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and understanding their business goals.

  • Develop marketing strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.

  • Review campaign performance and KPIs regularly to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Work closely with media, creative, and analytics teams to plan and implement initiatives.

  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve marketing results.

  • Keep clients informed through regular check-ins, reporting, and presentations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or marketing roles.

  • Experience in ticketing experiences, attractions, entertainment, or marketing agencies preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data and strategy clearly.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing team environment.
